The restaurant
The Kovács family has been operating catering units in Visegrád since 1989, the "Pecsenye Grill", the "Grill Udvar" small restaurant and several buffets. In the spring of 2007, they opened the Kovács-Garden restaurant. The restaurant is decorated in an elegant bourgeois style in the centre of Visegrád, on the street leading off the main road No. 11 towards the citadel, next to the Áprily Lajos Primary School. Cozy 2 terraces and excellent home cooking offer a wide selection of Hungarian and local specialities. The facilities of the restaurant ensure the cheap, fast, high-quality service of individual guests as well as smaller companies and groups, both with menu and carte. All this is facilitated by the menu written in 3 languages.
The restaurant undertakes to organize various family events (weddings, baptisms, birthdays, name days, other corporate events) to a high standard. Max 50 people in a closed room and in good weather + 2x50 people in a garden room protected by an umbrella.
We accept as payment methods: Cash, Bank cards, SZÉP cards of all three banks, OTP Cafetéria E voucher, Erzsébet voucher plus card.
We would like to draw the attention of our dear guests to the fact that the food prices on the menu are gross prices, which include 5% VAT!
If you want to order food to take away, it will include 27% VAT, so ask the staff for information and a menu valid for taking away! Thank you for your understanding!
